By accessing and using Quirae ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
Description of Service
Quirae is a referral program platform specializing in wellness products and entrepreneurship opportunities. We supply nutritional supplements, skincare, and lifestyle solutions while enabling partners to grow their communities, earn commissions, and access training resources.
Important: Quirae is the sole authorized seller on this platform. We do not allow third-party sellers to list or sell products through our systems to ensure quality and brand integrity.
User Accounts

You must register to access distributor dashboards, commission tools, or checkout. Provide current, accurate information and update it promptly when changes occur.
Account Security
Safeguard your credentials, use strong passwords, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity. You remain responsible for all actions performed through your account.
Partnership and Business Opportunities
Partnership Requirements
Participation in the referral program requires purchasing an approved starter kit and following the published incentive plan. Applications may be declined for policy or compliance reasons.

Partners must operate ethically and comply with all national and local regulations:

- Spamming, mass unsolicited communications, or deceptive marketing tactics.
- Violating intellectual property, confidentiality, or privacy rights.
- Engaging in fraud, illegal conduct, or activities that damage Quirae's reputation.
- Operating multiple accounts to game compensation or promotional programs.
Termination
Voluntary Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time. All outstanding obligations (commissions, fees, compliance matters) survive termination until resolved.
Company Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, illegal activity, fraud, or actions deemed detrimental to Quirae or its community.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Batangas.
